What it is

Extract of the cured seed pod of the vanilla orchid, containing vanillin along with hundreds of trace aromatics that give real vanilla its depth.

Why it's in the formula

It warms a formula that would otherwise smell mineral and flat. Named on the label, because 'fragrance' is where brands hide things we would rather print.

Where it comes from

Hand-pollinated orchid, cured for months; the reason genuine vanilla costs what it costs.
