What it is

An extract of oregano leaf carrying carvacrol and thymol, two of the most studied plant phenols in existence.

Why it's in the formula

Those phenols are why oregano keeps showing up in preservation and clarifying systems. In a wash it supports a clean scalp environment and adds antioxidant coverage to the formula.

Where it comes from

Mediterranean-type oregano leaf, extracted rather than pressed, kept well under any level that would irritate.

What to know

Potent undiluted. Use only in formulated products, not as neat oil on skin.
